Booking Terms

Bookings taken through the No 51 Glastonbury Self-Catering website have the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment

• 50% of the full booking as a non-refundable deposit.
• 50% of the full booking as the final balance six weeks prior to arrival.
• All damages to be paid for in full.

If the balance payment is not received at least four weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be treated as being cancelled by you.

Cancellations

Please ensure that each member of your party is covered by current comprehensive travel insurance and health insurance in case you have need to cancel your booking with us for any reason.

If the guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit cannot be refunded.

If the guest has paid the full balance in the correct time, they will receive:

• A 50% refund of the total cost if cancelled at least four weeks before the start of the holiday.
• A 25% refund of the total if cancelled up to two weeks before the start of the holiday.

Conditions

Once the initial deposit or full payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming details of your booking. Please check the details carefully and advise us immediately if there are any errors or omissions.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the need arose that we had to cancel your booking we would give a full refund of the monies paid to us. We would not be liable for any extra expenses eg travel, insurance, etc.

Guests shall keep the property and all furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the property in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the holiday, and shall leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Guests must report and pay the cost of any damage or breakages made during their holiday occupancy. Guests must not do anything that may be illegal or to be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to occupiers of neighbouring properties.

Inside the house it is strictly NO SMOKING, NO NAKED LIGHTS AND NO INCENSE.

Guests will take every care to safeguard their personal property.

Only named guests are permitted at the property; children over the age of 8 or as agreed with No 51 only. No pets are allowed. Any alterations to this must confirmed by the owners prior to arrival.  Non adherence to this will mean the cancellation of your booking with immediate effect and we shall be under no obligation to refund any monies already paid.

£20 will be charged per key not returned.
